Product was good/Service was Bad

The product was exactly what it was supposed to be. No problem/no worries. However...Guitar Center of Sacramento NEVER called me when the item arrived. No email no phone call. I dropped by on the day the item was to be available and they told me it hadn't arrived yet even though UPS stated it was delivered. He also said they would email me when it arrives. No biggie I'll just wait to hear from them but It never happened. I had to call 3 times and wait an additional 4 days before someone would say the item was ready for pick up. Not very good Customer Service in my opinion.

ATTENTION: Will not work on VP JR Pedal!

It probably works fine on the large VP Pedal although they are a pain to change. Definitely too long for the JR Pedal. Guitar Center doesn't make it very clear that this is just for the large pedal and I don't know about you but I can't find the model number of my pedal anywhere. Probably under the Velcro somewhere. Oh well, live and learn.

    Does not throttle volume properly for the junior model. The chord is not the proper length required to throttle volume properly.

    These regular string kits last a long time, no need for the much more expensive lifetime string kit if you're just a weekend player.

    Good original quality materials. Good instructions on how to assemble new parts. The down side of this product is that it says its compatible with ernie ball vp jr.. thing is i had to tie a knot in the short cord bc its way too long for the vp jr. Would have been nice to know before i had it all assembled only to find out i needed to take it all apart again and shorten that cord.

    Back string too long. Front string too short. Don't know if I purchased wrong thing or wrong thing was sent, but I had to "make it work" and it doesn't work well.
