The New Epiphone Muse Collection

Description
The Epiphone Les Paul Muse injects new life into the legendary Les Paul design. This lightweight, resonant guitar comes loaded with a pair of high-output Alnico Classic PRO humbuckers that deliver vintage PAF tone with a modern twist. The Muse's chambered okoume body is capped in maple and finished in a stunning Radio Blue Metallic, allowing its natural beauty to shine through. An okoume neck and Indian laurel fingerboard provide classic Les Paul feel and playability.
Alnico Classic PRO Humbuckers Provide Fat, Warm Tone
The Epiphone Les Paul Muse takes you into vintage Les Paul sonic territory with its Alnico Classic PRO humbuckers. These humbuckers have the tonal qualities of vintage PAF pickups but with higher output, enhancing the mids and highs while retaining low-end grit. With two volume controls that coil-split each pickup, plus two tone controls and a phase switch, the tonal options are vast.
Timeless Les Paul Design and Appointments
The Muse lives up to its name, embodying the design elements Les Paul players know and love. Nickel-finished hardware, clear speed knobs and nickel pickup covers provide visual flair. A LockTone ABR bridge and stopbar tailpiece offer outstanding tuning stability and sustain. Grover Rotomatic tuners provide smooth, accurate tuning. The laurel fingerboard hosts 22 medium-jumbo frets for comfort and access across the neck. Vintage trapezoid inlays complete the classic vibe.
Lightweight, Contoured Body For Playing Comfort
The chambered okoume body with maple cap is lighter than typical Les Pauls, easing shoulder strain. An ergonomic "belly scarf" contour makes the Muse comfortable to play for long periods. At 24.75" scale length, this guitar feels familiar to most players.

Yes this is a very nice little guitar
I walked into my local guitar shop for some strings and this thing caught my eye. I thought it was plain white from a distance but the closer I got I noticed it actually was a beautiful subtle pearl metallic finish. It's brilliant looking! The finish really is very nice and it really can't be seen properly or fully appreciated from the stock photos. I checked everything on the instrument and I couldn't find any real flaws of any kind. Setup was good, no buzz, good slim fast neck, no playing issues if any kind. Strings aren't the best but I replace the stock strings on every guitar I purchase. I Plugged it into a Fender tube amp and it sounded great clean. I'm very surprised at just how good this Epiphone is. I'm not a big fan of guitars made in China but facts are facts, this is a very nice looking and good playing instrument. It's not as heavy as my non-weight relieved Gibson Les Paul and the Epi has a nice little curved cut feature in the top of the body that makes it more comfortable to hold and play than my $5K Gibby. I wouldn't trade my Gibson for it mind you but this guitar for less than $500 bucks is worth every dime. The only this Epiphone Muse needs is a good fretboard cleaning, a smudge of neck oil and a good set of new strings. You can't go wrong especially at this price.

Liked the guitar except for the neck dive
Liked the idea of having a Les Paul that was lighter and loved the colors. The neck was way heavier than the body and it would dive straight down whenever you were not supporting the neck. Tried weights but required too many to balance out. Returned the guitar. Stain on fingers fixed after string change allowed me to clean the fretboard.

I bought a scarlet Les Paul muse about a year ago. Currently getting whole Lotta humbucker installed on it by my luthier, it already has a fabulous tone, especially when you pull out the neck volume knob, which gives it a beautiful crunch, can't wait for the new humbuckers with that page sound!!
I would recommend this guitar for this range.
