This mighty 15" powered PA utilizes signature Electro-Voice sound engineering to deliver impressive output and fidelity. Patented Signal Synchronized Transducers (SST) enhance coverage and clarity, simultaneously bolstering low-end reproduction for bass that's punchy and larger than life. The 15" woofer provides substantial low-end response down to 48Hz at -3dB, while the 1.4" titanium compression driver lets recorded music, backing tracks, vocals, guitars and more slice through dense rooms with artfully represented highs up to 18kHz. Despite its transportable size, the ZLX-15P G2 generates a maximum SPL of 129dB, easily filling small- medium-size venues with clear, powerful sound.

The ZLX-15P's built-in 4-channel digital mixer lets you dial in the perfect mix right from the speaker, with connections including a pair of XLR/TRS combo jacks, a dedicated Hi-Z input on channel two and stereo Bluetooth. QuickSmart DSP, powered by Electro-Voice sibling brand Dynacord, provides a one-knob compressor, as well as effects like reverb, chorus and delay. An auto-ducking feature reduces music volume when a vocal signal is present, and a 7-band graphic EQ is one convenient way of fine-tuning audio for live performance. With additional global and individual input presets, you can further mold your sound to the room easily.

The free QuickSmart Mobile app unlocks wireless control of your Electro-Voice ZLX-15P G2, letting you adjust volume, EQ, effects and more right from your phone or tablet. It provides an intuitive way to polish your sonics against the acoustics of any venue, and you can even group up to six ZLX-15P G2 speakers and control them all from one device. QuickSmart Mobile also includes monitoring features like channel solo, so you can hear exactly what you need as you lock down just the right mix. Bluetooth capability additionally lets you link a pair of G2 speakers for a True Wireless Stereo (TWS) setup.

    I run karoke show on Saturday night and a trivia onThursday night with occasional live solo singing/guitar performances.. Using mackie mixer was running one JBL eon 645. Needed another speaker to cover more of the restaurant. Also was getting feedback in karaoke with sure sm 48 mics. When I got this speaker set it up on side with karoke screen and singer, away from JBL speaker and since then have had no feedback issues. Alo love the true volume control and streaming blue tooth music features. You can even stream to left and right speaker bluetooth so the only wires needed are the power cords. Great sounding speaker, just ordered my second on retiring my JBL.

    I have a band with my kids and have been buying our PA a bit at a time. We had the older version ZLX for a couple of years, so we wanted to get the new version to use them together. Sound is just as good. Love the BT and the integrated EQ along with its cross over. Can't wait to use these two with a pair of EKX subs on our next gig.

    I love the sound from these speakers. I bought these speakers and moved my Bose s1pro to use as ground monitors. It was a really good idea. Great for small gigs.
