    At 5'6" 125lbs this strap fits right where I need it. It defaults at almost Tim Morello height and lowers to a low Billie Joe Armstrong for me. So I can set it anywhere I need with the adjustment of the Velcro strap. Very comfortable and very stylish.

    I'm not a fan of having my guitar down really low so I bought the standard length and thought I'd be good to go. But unfortunately for me this standard length leaves the guitar too high for my liking, but, it adjusts perfectly for my 10 year old. BTW, I'm 6'4", so if your around my height with a fairly long torso you may consider getting the longer length.
