collapse expand iconDescription

The ESP LTD EC-1000 electric guitar is an innovative single-cutaway axe fitted with gold hardware and EMG humbucker pickups, that delivers a sonic spectrum as vibrant as its visuals. The mahogany body and three-piece mahogany neck provide a solid tonal foundation, while the ebony fingerboard with 24 extra-jumbo frets allows for fluid playability.

Pickups That Shape Your Tone

This limited EC-1000 comes equipped with a set of EMG humbucker pickups that provide hum-free tone with ultrahigh output. An alnico pickup in the neck position produces chime and squish, while a ceramic bridge pickup delivers sparkle. A push-pull control activates the second voicing of each pickup for added tonal versatility.

Hardware That Keeps You in Tune

To ensure precision and stability, the EC-1000 features a TonePros locking tune-o-matic bridge and tailpiece, as well as LTD locking tuners. The tune-o-matic bridge provides individual string intonation for optimal tuning across the fretboard. Paired with the tailpiece, vibrations are efficiently transferred to the body of the guitar. The LTD locking tuners securely lock the strings in place, preventing slippage during intense playing sessions.

A Neck Designed for Speed and Access

The LTD EC-1000 electric guitar has a set-through mahogany neck that generates ample sustain and a smooth feel. Its thin U profile and 24.75" scale length allow for comfortable, fast playability. A deep cutaway provides unencumbered access to higher frets for shredding solos.

Premium Components for Premium Tone

To match its striking aesthetics, the EC-1000 incorporates top-tier components. Its set-through mahogany neck is reinforced with a three-piece construction for stability. An ebony fingerboard adds clarity and definition. Stainless steel frets withstand corrosion and last longer than traditional nickel frets. Gold hardware provides an elegant accent that complements the chameleon finish.

What pick ups does this guitar actually have? The description say Fishman. They're obviously EMG as the specs say, but are they the 60/81 set or something else?
