    Bought this to use with a gel shoulder strap attachment. For the money it's hard to beat, but if I wasn't using the D'addario strap shoulder pad attachment, I would probably have gone with something wider. Those Fender basses are heavy, man.

    I use this guitar strap for a guitar strap. It holds my guitar just like a strap. It attaches to my guitar on the strap holders. I'm looking forward to trying to use this strap as a bass guitar strap. It came in a package that just did not have any strapping...don't let that fool you. This strapping strap straight up just simply straps. My mom says the navy blue strap brings out my strapping side. I did briefly try this strap out as a drum rack, and not surprisingly it failed miserably.
