    These are less soft than a normal .73. I played .60s for years, and was on the search after breaking my pointer finger knuckle on my picking hand. The yellow Tortex are good, but these are amazing! They're much firmer than the Tortex, sound better, and play faster, all without being too thick like a jazz 3. The grip texture is phenomenal too. I only wish they didn't cost over $3 a piece.
