I have owned this pedal for about 8 months now. I have been playing for 9 years, and I am very impressed with it. The factory presets are cool for those who just want to replicate classic sounds. The real gem of this pedal is the fact that you can make your own effects. Not to mention the wah and whammy effects are killer, just like digitech's whammy pedal, only cheaper. The only setback being the size of the pedal. When pressing the expression pedal down, it shifts to the right, so you have to be gentle. For the price, every guitar player should have one.

Not great, Not bad

The good: The amp models are great it lets you have some options past a standard distortion pedals. The bad: I only use a few of the presets and it is intially confusing to set up on your own the first few times. In bypass mode you get some static/noise that gets annoying if you are looking for a very clean sound. Overall: If I had it to do over again I would not buy this not because of the quality but because I really don't use it all that much

I borrowed this pedal from my friend and had it for about 6 months. This is probably the best pedal I've used that I can pay less than $100 for. Being able to create my own effects is awesome, since I'm very picky about how my guitar sounds. I plugged this into my little Peavey amp and left it clean so the pedal can do the rest. Overall, this is amazing, and for its price, it can't be beat.

this is a great affects pedal. I've used this pedal since i started actually learning to play guitar (self taught). it's great for any metallica song, especially if you customize some effects just right

This pedal is so flexible. This is my first pedal, and for the money its great. But, the amp modeling and gain/overdrive control is terrible so i can't get any good gain out of this. The wah pedal is only good on clean. You mix it with gain and it is a disaster.

I really love this pedal. It's got plenty of space for custom presets, and the selection of effects is amazing! I would have liked a few more drum sets, but I've already got a seperate unit for that. The expression pedal works amazingly well, except with pitch effects, which are a little wobbly. I play a lot of different styles, and the easy customization is great for me.

This thing rocks!! Its really cool that you can create your own effects depending on your playing style. I've had it for about 6 months, and I can't quit messing with it! Try and get your hands on it if you have a spare $80.

  • Great fun for anyone

I havent been playing for long, about a year. And I bought this pedal around the time when I began. I can pretty much say that this thinng is pretty good for just about anyone who plays a guitar. If your not using it professionally then you can still have a ball just messin with it. It does suck that you cant edit the presets but theres a lot of 'em so it doesnt really matter. I would recommend this to anyone, pro or beginner.
