Lots of tones in this thing. It does classic to modern, no problem. On the one hand, it just sounds sick with the overdrive, and I'm not so into that, so I dial it back into a more modern, less aggressive drive. And then on the other hand, I dial up a Led Zeppelin. tone that's just killer. Love the Darkglass suite and options. If you use the gain of the Alpha Omega drive engine, it does sound like a high gain guitar amp. It isn't terrible, but it isn't dead silent either. You won't notice it over your guitarist's high gain channel noise, lol.i hope to have a way around this with the Super Intelligent Foot Switch.

Great sounding head. The loudest head I've played through. The distortion models are cool and musical. It is a little pricey but It's worth it. Very portable. Fits in a bag.. 5 lbs.
Brutal tone, power and flavor.

One of the best amps I've ever heard. You can dial in so much tone. Its just a pure beast. If you're looking for insane metal tone, both clean or distortion, this amp is it. You can do so much though, that you can even play funk to punk. Build quality is just as immense as the tone. For us bass guitar players, there isn't a lot of flavor for amps, but Darkglass is changing that. Seriously worth every hard earned penny I spent on this thing.

I don't see a switch to change the voltage on the side like the AO 500 has. Is it possible with the 900? I'd lile to be able to use it worldwide.
I don't know about the picture, the 900 is universal voltage. I don't know where the switching is.submitted3 years ago

Does this come with the foot switch? I noticed other places that sell the same product have them but I don't see it in the description for this specific one. Thank you.
