Description
With the popularity of ultra-shallow, single-headed drums such as the Design Series Pancake Gong Drum and the more recent Pancake Bass Drum, it was decided that it would be advantageous to offer a complete travel-friendly set. It would need to be lightweight and easy to transport, but also produce rich tones and feature a professional build-quality. Introducing the Performance Series Low Pro kit. The USA-made set incorporates a unique, integrated bi-pod design for stability and optimal functionality. The stand acts as a bass drum stabilizer and tom stand, giving players the ability to set up quickly and fit into tight spaces. The kit comes in three and four-piece configurations in durable White Marine and Black Diamond FinishPly. A "snom" (convertible tom with snare wires) can be added and a deluxe rolling carrying case is available separately.
The 4-piece shell pack includes 10x3" tom, 13x3" tom, 20x3" bass drum and 12x3"
snare with stand.
Cymbals, hi-hat and cymbal stands sold separately.

Haven't been able to use it out yet, but it set up easily, and it's going to be so much easier to tote around for small, intimate gigs or quick practice sessions. Sounds great! Only thing I'll be changing is the head on the little snare/tom. Why did they put a clear head on a snare drum??????? Need to change it out for using brushes.

Is there currently any middle tom available for purchase? Or does the snare/tom function as a good middle tom if I already have a snare that I like? Thanks
Unfortunately, no.submitted4 years ago

1. since the bass drum bipod must be removable, what holds the bottom end in place to keep it from wiggling around and wearing out the inside bottom of the bass drum hoop ? 2. does a simple collapsible bass drum pedal, and a simple throne tripod also fit in the carrying case with the rest of the supplied hardware ?
I’m sorry, we don’t have that information available. This may help "file:///C:/Users/thomas.meehan/Downloads/DW%20Low%20Pro%20Drum%20Kit%20Manual.pdf"
