These 12 string bass strings are hard enough to find. These are consistent and play well.

I have nine bass guitars, all very different. I have been using D'Addarios on all of them except for one, which requires heavier guage strings than D'Addario makes. I get good, bright sound out of them, and these strings for my Dean Rhapsody-12 are no different. They seem to last longer than most other brands, too, so that's another plus. The EXL170 series strings are available for several different basses. Overall, I'm consistently please with this series of strings.
