Underrated quality

This is a solid instrument front to back. The craftsmanship and overall solid feel of this bass has really impressed me, especially for the price point. I love the faux neck through design on it as well. It gives it a really unique aesthetic without the neck through price tag. It plays nicely and sounds good too. There are enough options to control your tone through the pick ups making it a really good instrument for a wide range of genres. Being able to toggle between active and passive pick ups is a really nice option as well. If you're thinking about buying it, just do it. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
Great Bass at Great price

Bass is really well made. Electronics, fit and finish as well as quality is way above it's price tag. Closest comparison is the Ibanez SR600, which is more expensive. Some people say the Bartolinis sound muffled but in my experience they are very good and just bright enough. My only complaint is that it seems newer models don't have the neck through bridge. Mine (2020) did not have the bridge as shown in pictures. It still came with a quality high mass bridge but no neck through option.
I'm digging it

Overall I am enjoying the Cort Artisan bass. I'm still getting used to the slight differences between this and my Ibanez, that I played for over a decade. It feels nice, the action is good, it sounds good. The volume and pickup knobs are a little close to the strings but that's really my only complaint so far.
