I ordered the .88mm gauge picks thinking they were Medium gauge but these picks are very Hard gauge. Then I tried the .72mm and hardly any difference, still too hard. Then I ordered the .60mm and those are the gauge I needed even though they are still harder than "Medium". Took a long while to get this sorted but the folks at Guitar Center helped out. The .88mm picks are still at the store, I never picked them up, can't use them. The problem is: these are not stocked at stores and it is a guessing game as to the real hardness of .88, .72, and .60 mm picks. Used to be that picks were sold as Thin, Medium, and Heavy, difficult to order picks on the phone without "feeling" the pick. But hey what the heck, I got it solved with support from GC.
