Amazing sound

What do you think of the sound quality using the Dolby Atmos® and the immersive experience of the TrueSpace™ technology? The new Bose Smart Ultra Soundbar has a sleek but low profile look. I scan a QR Code that took me to Bose Music to begin the setup of the device. Once connected to my wifi it immediately started a update and it took 13 minutes. It also has a white light that shows the device is processing the update. Next it walk you thru connecting to the tv and accessories. I connected the microphone which determines the sound quality in 5 different areas of the room. Now time to test it with television and WOW!!! The sound quality is amazing!!! It uses the Dolby Atmos® and TrueSpace™ technology which provides a flawless theatrical sound affect I felt as if I was in my own personal theater. When connected to Alexa the music quality was crystal clear the bass and treble were not over bearing and provided the perfect listening experience I would recommend for the future the microphone device should be wireless as the cord was not long enough to reach the bed.

Not plug and play

I did buy this about a month ago and had/have issues getting the digital optical cable to work. I have an older Hitachi Plasma and the sound bar does not recognize the signal coming from it and I do not have a HDMI eArc connection. I did however talk with a Bose tech who was able to get it working through my Fire Stick, not ideal but working.

    I bought the Bose Ultra Smart Soundbar with the surround speakers and base module. The sound is good, but I have to say that my old 321 base module and 2 speakers have much better sound separation. Soundbars are not a good as speakers. They no longer offer separate speakers instead of the soundbar.

    I used to have a competitor's system, but constant problems made me return to Bose. Glad I did. I bought the Ultra Sound Bar and just purchased and added the 700 surround speakers. It was so easy, I thought I made a mistake. Guess I was just paranoid due to the difficulty of navigating through my old wireless system.

    I bought this last month with the sub-woofer and the sounds is very nice. My only complaints are that sound sync with my TV is off regardless of the delay settings I've tried on the soundbar app and my TV. When using Bluetooth headphones (not Bose products), the sync is so far off that I can't use the headphones. Second is a complaint common to all Bose products I have which is that the phone apps are terrible. Difficult to use, very little explanations of options, extreme difficulty getting Bluetooth devices to pair and stay paired and overall organization of the app.
