Good Sound Quality

These headphones are so comfortable, amazing sound quality, and great appearance and design. One small little issue is that the top part of the ear cushions is tearing a bit. Other than that, amazing headphones. Would definitely recommend to a friend or family.

Great Technology Poor Quality

I bought the QC25 a little more than a year ago. Had I written a review after the first few months I would have given it a strong 5 out of 5 stars. The noise cancellation technology is remarkable! They are very comfortable to wear and I am OK with their reliance on the use of plastic. The battery lasts a long time. But maybe reviewers should be forced to wait until just after the warranty expires to write a review. That way the honeymoon is over and you can provide a realistic review. A truer review after using the product for some time. My headphones are only used occasionally, when I travel. Just after I owned them for a little over a year the right head phone suddenly no longer worked; powered or un-powered. Technically I am out of luck. My warranty is expired (if I lived in the EU I would still be covered). I am out the cost that a premium set of headphones typically costs, which for a middle class American is tough to swallow. I am not alone. Look at the reviews. Granted not all of the reviews on this site are for the same issue I have, but ~ 25% of Bose customers give this product 3 stars or less. That is a not a good rating for a premium product. Go to other sites and you will find a lot more people with my issue and dissatisfied. As other reviews have said, this is a great product for which a high percentage of people lasts for about a year. If you are lucky enough to be able to afford to pay the premium price for a year's worth of what was really good performance, this is the product for you. For average customers, I would ask for them to consider the fact that ~25% of people are really not satisfied with the product. There are decent alternatives. If you still choose to buy, then good luck to you. For me I am hoping the large amount of complaint data forces Bose to acknowledge that QC25 has a quality issue and to keep their loyal customers, will do whatever it takes to remedy the situation. Or, they may risk losing some of us customers forever. After consideration, I can only give 1 star for QC25 due to the premium cost and based on my experience and that of a significant percentage of others, in which it is likely the product will only last for about a year. I wish I could give higher as I respect Bose, admire their technology and their products.

I had these headphones for long enough to find everything I like a dislike Pros: the battery charge is crazy fast and lasts a long time. Can connect to 2 devices at a time and jump between the audio with out pushing any buttons. Very comfortable for long time on your head. Cons: Distance is almost unusable past a few feet, Chan here dropping of quality then it picks back up, don't think the noise canceling will mute the world. un uncomfortable to put around your neck have trouble connecting to the right device when have multiple set up.have to choose between Voice assistance or a button to toggle how quiet which is a must. After 3 years of use the cushion is falling off Over all if you bought them you wouldn't hate them but for price i would have gone with a different company if can do all over again

I'm not sure if I'm the type of person who uses headphones too much but the headphones are starting to fall apart. One of the ears' tan coating (I have the white version) has become detached from the inside, showing the foam, which has also detached from the headphones. Also, the other ear has stopped working completely. I don't misuse my headphones or toss them around; maybe I just use it too much

The lady that keeps on talking looking for a bluetooth connection on the QC35 annoyed me greatly, brought it back and instead opted for a headphone that doesn't nag me to death. Love the ability to replace batteries, got several rechargeable AAAs. I noticed it would last me around 3-4 days. No downtime waiting for the headset to charge. If the more expensive models come with the ability to insert physical batteries, I would buy it. I can still take phone calls with the microphone cord so it is not a deal breaker. Noise cancellation is great, I survived an extremely noisy flight with this. Main issue is my husband started doing hand signals to get my attention as I absolutely cannot hear anybody's conversations.

This is my second pair of these headphones and this is the second time the padding around the ear has come apart. The black material covering the sponge has come loose.

I got my QC25 as a Father's Day gift, I travel every other week and the shortest flight is usually above 3 hours and my QC25 were the perfect companion....until one day the right side speaker went off, caput, finito, no more; sad story is when I approached customer service they offered me a replacement set at a higher price than the one you could buy in the market; seems this problem has been there for a while and was not property addressed by Bose, many unhappy customers by this defective product that you would expect higher quality level at this price.

I thought warranty is lifetime. I hardly use my q25. (2to3 times a month) Only when I travel in planes because of the noise cancelling feature. The ear cushions are deteriorating. It's been always in its case. I thought this product would last longer. Product no longer warranted.
