Nice way to get back to music

I hadn't played piano in 40 years. In retirement, I wanted to try again and see if I could play anything. I didn't want a full size piano, I live in a smaller house, and the price was very eye-opening! I looked at some small keyboards, but they sounded tinny and didn't have the piano-like feedback on my fingers. I found this Yamaha, and liked the way it felt and sounded. It's lightweight, so i can move it easily. The stand is very sturdy and adjustable so I could use it with a chair I already had.my granddaughter likes the funny sounds it makes, and is learning ro play as well. It feels food to pass music down to the next generation.

Very unhappy

Very disappointed.I've been playing a psr530 for over 20 years.I thought it was time for a new one.I bought a psr e283 and I hate it.I can't read the screen to see what I'm playing and it's very complicated to play.I guess I'll watch it gather dust in the corner.

A very impressive beginner keyboard for the price. I anticipated sending it back if it were junk, but it was/is surprisingly good. I may never get good at playing it, but it sure is fun. Highly recommended.

I believe this piano has everything a beginner pianist needs to get started. I am about a month into playing, and I am still exploring all the features this piano offers. I really enjoy how portable it is. The one thing I would change is clarifying how many keys it has. Maybe this is just a beginner problem, but I didn't realize that 61 Sxf is the same as 61 keys. Overall, I am happy with this piano since I use it as a daily practice instrument for a beginner. #SWEEPSTAKES
