The reliability of these amps are second to none. They are a little pricey and heavy compared to other amps in their Wattage category, but they are worth it to me. They are more reliable than Crown and QSC, and you get a few more options: inputs for either balanced XLR or unbalanced 1/4 inch. also three outputs speakon, 1/4, or banana. Also the YS processing is pretty amazing If you dont want to bother with an EQ. It scoops out all the annoying mid frequencies And Expands certain bass frequencies and sharpens the highs just a little. Yamaha says its specifically designed for their club series speakers but it has improved the sound of every speaker Ive plugged into it. It has been a magic button for my older Peavey speakers and other speakers that typically sound like tin cans. It gives you that "mastered CD sound" or that "radio broadcast sound" for lack of a better term. My only complaint with this unit is that the YS processing deactivates if you use the LOW or HIGH Pass. YS processing only remains if you use Full Range on a channel.
