Description

The Ren Wei Shi Master Series Guarneri del Gesu 1743 bench copy violin is patterned after the original Il Cannone del Gesu violin, created for the Italian violin virtuoso Niccolo Paganini. This Il Cannone copy is hand-crafted from the finest European tonewoods. The carved top and back, true to the specifications of the original Guarneri, offer the finest in rich tone and beauty with a highly flamed back and superb antiquing.

This instrument features quality ebony trim, including Hill-style pegs, tailpiece and endpin with boxwood accents. This violin is further enhanced with Pirastro Evah Pirazzi strings plus an Aubert Mirecourt French bridge. Finished in a hand-brushed Italian oil varnish, this Il Cannone bench copy violin stays true to the original.
