    Do not even think about buying this product does sound is not clear and once you raise the volume of cracks I bought this item twice and twice and failed me.

    Bought this little gem about 2 weeks ago and used this along with the portable microphone for an outdoor ceremony for 225 people.....the sound was crisp, clear, and loud enough for everyone to hear. I would say this speaker could cover an outdoor event up to 250 people with little to no background noise. The speakers battery life is outstanding and only takes a few minutes to figure out bluetooth and wireless mic.

    I just received my speaker last week after waiting for months for it to be in stock. I immediately connected and checked the wireless mic. It worked as advertised and it sounds good. I was most interested in the Bluetooth connectivity and using the app for remote mixing. I was elated when I was able to play music from my iPad and also control all channels and EQ from the same device. I needed a simple setup for weddings that allow me to be inconspicuous and still have complete control of the sound. I'm a guitarist and singer and I am often hired for the wedding cocktail hour. I get request to provide music and sound for the the ceremony as well. This unit will allow me to quickly set a small speaker up front, with or without electricity and I can sit in back and queue the music and control the sound. Works for me.

    How do you pair with Bluetooth devices such as iPhone or iPad?

    The same way you would a FitBit or bluetooth headet. You list the speaker under approved devices in your phone and then follow the instructions in the Behringer manual. After that it will be a single button pressed and they link up.

    Looking at this speaker for a outdoor wedding ceremony for 200 people... The description says up to 500 people, but is that in-door? Outdoor? Thanks so much and be easy!

    The 500 people rating would be for an ideal indoor situation. For an outdoor ceremony this may work if used in a ceremony and the attention in on the speaker. But may require an additional speaker to ensure being heard clearly over a talkative crowd.
