    Just a great head. I use 12,14,16" for toms &12,14" for snares (6×12 and 8x14"). Just wonderful. Easy to tune and hold up great. They can be tuned high to low easily. For deeper snares they have a great full bodied sound. And a nice bright full bodied sound on toms (with my tuning). Love these heads.

    Ive tried Remo pinstripes,Emperors, Evans G2 clear and coated..I then bought these.. The Emperors are a favorite they tune fairly easy. The worst to me are the G2s they take forever to tune and they dont meet properly. By meeting I mean the two plies have a tie dye to them I dont really have much of an issue with the emperors with that..Anywho I really like these heads they are very easy to tune and sound great. I am going to get the superkick 2 and maaybe the hi energy snare great quality heads..theyd be the best if they were made in america..but mexico is close enough..lol

    I've used several brands for my trusty 13 inch oak snare. I have been disappointed in how quickly the batter head losses it's tuneability after just one or two shows. Well,this isn't the case with Aquarian ! I've had the Coated Response 2 on the snare for two months now. Blast beats ring thru with no problem. If you are a heavy hitter, Response 2 heads can take the abuse !

    Every Aquarian product I've tried has always exceeded my expectations. These heads sound amazing, they tune with ease, and the coating is the best hands down. I tune to specific notes on my toms and these heads respond to a wide range of tunings. This head also gives the snare a great dry crack when tuned high. These are just as good, better imo, as any Remo or Evans product. If you try these heads you will not be disappointed. Aquarian for life!

    Warm, dry, controlled. i've been searching for just the right heads for my drums (Pearl Vision VX) and i have found them. Aquarian makes the best heads. coating does NOT chip AT ALL. sure it wears down, but u wont get the ugly see through spots. tuning is a breeze with these heads! seriously phenomenal. buy them
