Tuning is so easy and it really brought out the true tone of the drums.

I haven't owned a drum set in years but just got one today and these heads are going on. They give any tom that deep punchy tone. I've tried many different drum heads in the past but these are my fav, no gross over tones.

I put these heads on my Pearl Joey Jordison kit. These sound really good, but they don't dampen like I thought they would. I still have a ton of over ring. Looks like I will have to get some moongel. Though I think it may just be the kit, not the head. Every head I've ever put on it had over ring. I still really like these heads though. Great sound, very loud, very durable.

  • Tough as nails, lowest tuning and easy to tune.

If you like to tune your drums low as possible, these are the heads to get. I have heard people complain that they are dead sounding, yet these same people buy other heads and muffle the heck out of them anyway. If they seem too dead for your liking, I would suggest you tune them lower, or you can get the same heads without the power dot. In my experience, you'll end up putting gels on those and end up with the same sound as the power dots. They are very durable. I am a VERY heavy hitter, and these heads last longer than any head I have tried. Paired with Aquarian Clear Classics on the reso side, these heads will make your drums sound huge. The only downside is these are hard to find in a store. You'll most likely have to buy them online.

Just like the title says, I sold my old drum heads to get these and let me just say I do not regret it at all. As soon as I put these drum heads on I was amazed (and Drum Heads need to set and I put these on and they sound good whats it gonna be like when they are set?), Not only do they produce great stick response they have a very good sound to them and I don't even have to use any o rings or gels or anything to dampen them they sound perfect. I would recommend these for any kind of music. These actually in my book beat the name brand drum heads (remo, evans, etc) I've used a lot of drum heads in my 7 years of drumming and let me just say these are the best i've ever used. Even for a beginning drummer for the stick response being so good I guarantee these will make you a better drummer. Go get these now you won't regret it!
