I had previously been using a Superkick 1 on a 20" bass drum and it was just a little too contained sounding. The Force 1 opened things up just the way I had hoped.Good head.
Awesome head. First time using it.

I got this the day before a show playing for extreme metal band. I usually use Evans Emad but this was cheaper so thought I would try it. Plus it's single ply so I figured better resonance on a 20" bass drum. Excellent quality and durability plus it sounded amazing. Also Chris Adler from Lamb of God uses these and I play similar style. Great head!!! I'm using these for a while!

Easiest drum head to tune ever. Put on a fresh one for recording metal and it performed like a champ. Clear articulation, great attack, and minimal dampening required.

I work in a rehearsal studio with 12 drum kits. Each drum kit we have has an Aquarian Force batter head. We chose these heads because they last much longer than our old heads (rhymes with Nemo). When properly fitted, the force batter head stays in tune longer, and lasts longer than any other head (that I've personally tried).
