Allparts Tremol-No Tremolo Locking Device - Pin Type

Description
1) tremolo unit "on" - in this position your tremolo functions as normal. You can raise or lower the pitch of notes with the tremolo unit.
2) tremolo unit "off" - in this position, you'll enjoy the benefits of a hardtail bridge, where the tremolo unit doesn't move at all; no lowering or raising of a note's pitch via the tremolo system, and the other strings remain in tune should you break one of them.
3) tremolo unit "dive only mode" - in this position, you can only lower the pitch of notes. If you break a string or drop tune the low E to D, the other strings will stay in tune.
The Tremol-No comes in three versions: Pin-type (our sku# H71947), Clamp-type-large, (our sku# H71957), and Clamp-type-small (our sku# H71941). Please see the "Tremol-no works with chart" document attached for details on choosing the right one for your tremolo.
Includes all hardware necessary.

I bought the right version, but they don't tell you it has wider holes than a PRS custom 22. I found this out after I clipped the ground and it won't re-solder on. Their advice? Fill the body holes and drill new ones. The selling point was supposed to be no drilling your guitar body.
Works but one annoying thing...

It works, it does what it says it will do, but the thumbscrews fall when the device is not locked. The vibration and the use of the vibrato gets the thumbscrews loosen and it´s actually annoying. It doesn´t seems like a big deal but it becomes one more thing you have to think about while you´re performing and who has time for that.

Your better off blocking your Tremolo. Tremol no is way over priced junk.
Spend the bucks, it's worth it.

Put this on my Strat, now it stays in tune longer & it's much easier to set up the intonation. Takes 20 minutes to install (watch the video on YouTube),& another 20 minutes to retune and readjust the intonation. Sound and sustain are great, plus you get the benefits of a hardtail bridge without losing the trem. This should be built into every guitar with a trem from the factory. Fast service from GC. Buy it.

Love the whammy bar but could not spend another hour tuning from the back when I wanted to change to an alternate tuning. This went in easily (then out and into my new guitar!) and stayed rock solid for hours. Nice fit and finish and it showed up on time from GC. Spend the cash!

I'll keep this short, sweet, and to the point. I don't like Floyd's, so I bought this to lock it in place. BEST. DECISION. EVER. It works perfectly. BUY IT!! Well worth the money. I recommend this to EVERYONE that doesn't care for a floating trem.
