I got the unit because I saw some Youtube videos that were singing its praises for doing podcasts. I was hoping that it would be good for me to use on Zoom during meetings. I found that it did not meet my needs there. I needed to have a line input for an instrument and a headphone jack port so that I could listen to how the mix was sounding, plus a way of hooking up a microphone at the same time. I found that it had some excellent internal firmware that automatically volume balanced a voice, but seemed to actually dull the sound of the instrument I was trying to plug into it. I looked through the manual to see if the firmware could be switched off, but did not seem to find it. It had four buttons to load pre-recorded music that could have worked, but not for a keyboard that could adjust in real-time. I thought that this combination would work, but it not find it did. To be fair, I might have missed something. But I did read the manual quite thoroughly more than once in an effort to solve the multiple issues that I had. I still give the product four stars, because it has a lot of good features, like handled multiple headphones without signal bleeding. What I concluded is that the product is too hardwired into the podcast world and the needs of podcasters, which it seems to do very well, judging by what I found and what the video reviews that inspired me said. But for for my own needs, it did not quite work out. I am writing this review as a cautionary note for those who might want to repurpose this Zoom product outside the podcast world.
I would buy this product again
