    A great addition to the pedalboard. Use it in the studio, for rehearsals and gigs. What an awesome range of sound possibilities. This pedal can go from soft and subtle to raucous overdriven heat in a flash! It can take you from BB King to Frank Marino and everywhere in between. I am primarily a blues guy so this works really well for me. It does away with having to stack overdrive pedals or booster pre-amps to get a decent growl. What is really a great feature is being able to stack the channels in either direction with just the touch of a button! The tonal adjustments available in the B channel seem to be as good or better than many 10 band graphic EQ's I have used in the past. I was able to replace 4 pedals with just this one - ditching the EQ pedal, a compressor, and two separate stacked Overdrive pedals. It would be nice to be able to drop out the compression altogether at times but that is a minor nuisance that I can live with. This indeed may be the last Overdrive pedal you will ever need to buy - it is really well made. I use it in front of a 1967 Dual Showman driving the standard 15" JBL D-140F speakers and it provides very good sustain with those big woofers. Wish I had found this one a long time ago.
