The Twister Drum by X8 Drums - The Ultimate School Drum
Description
The Twister is an X8 Drums djembe with collapsible technology for easy storage. The drum was designed by facilitator and percussionist Solomon Masala, who not only requires space-saving features, but also demands quality sound. With the Twister drum, players get two percussion options in one. Play it as a djembe, or remove the head and play it as a frame drum.
To fit the instrument into compact spaces, either stack the bowls and bases with each other or put the base inside of the bowl and pop the head back on. The drum shell is made of durable PVC material, meaning it will last for years, hold up to extended storage and resonate well when played. The head is a thick synthetic material that stays in tune and replicates the sound of traditional goatskin.
