Best Polyfoam Bass case yet!!!
Finally! A polyfoam bass case that is balanced when the bass is in it (which is why you buy a case, right...?) The handle is comfortable and secure, build quality is nice, and it has plenty of storage compartments. I've owned competing polyfoam cases from Gator and TKL, and the biggest issues with the others were that with the bass in the case, the handle was placed such that the case was no longer balanced (not to mention that since with these other cases, the "handle" was nylon straps, which, even with the padding, was not as comfortable as a molded hard handle). The Gator's case's zipper never worked very smoothly. The WolfPak also adds flip open covers to the internal compartments next to the bass's neck - things won't come our of them and bang around, hitting your bass as you carry it. I'm very happy initially with the WolfPak Polyfoam Bass case initially; so long as it holds up well over time, it's a WINNER!

It's Okay but not 5 stars...
using to tote my fender jazz bass mainly for weekly back and forth trips to church, but yeah i noticed that the handle screws and zippers got loose and most things secured to this case by screws are just screwed into the polyfoam? all i know is that my handle was very loose and scared me. the back pack straps are cool, but mine broke (stitching came out). This case protects your bass. but really isn't durable enough for it's functionality to be useful for more than a year of good use. I'd go with a standard Hard Case with latches securing it instead of zippers.

This is a fantastic soft case! My biggest disappointment is the regular guitar case is nowhere to be found! I really hope Wolfpack makes another run of these cases because I would buy a few of them. Perfect travel case that won't damage the interior of a vehicle like most hard cases do. All while protecting your precious cargo and handling every accessory needs.
Great sturdy and most importantly "light" case

I recently was buying one of the Wolfpak guitar cases at the local Guitar Center. To my surprise, I found out they were on sale. I remembered seeing that the same location had a Wolfpak bass case too. I've been needing a case for a Fender Rascal bass, I recently got. It has some weird specs for a bass. It's short scale, but it has large body and full size headstock. And of course, Fender never made a stock OHSC for this model. I didn't have the bass with me. So I couldn't see if it would fit there. The sales associate at GC said I could return it, if it didn't fit. Since it was on sale and the last on in stock, I bought it. When I got it home, I noticed the Rascal wouldn't quite fit. The strap button by the neck, was what was keeping it from fitting in the case. I took the strap button off and it fit the case perfectly. But since I knew I didn't want to have keep taking the strap button on and off, I wanted to see if I could make it fit even with the strap button. Since the inside is a hard foam, it can be shaped a little bit. So after some CAREFUL reshaping, I was able to get the bass in, with the strap button on. Now the bass fits in the case like a glove. I definitely recommend this case, especially if you're one of the few Fender Rascal owners out there. I'm sure it will work great for P-Basses and J-Basses too. I've attached some pictures for reference.
