this is my third WAMPLER pedal. In order, I got a metaverse, then a terraform, then a gearbox. I figured why not get a Wampler overdrive/distortion since the other 2 are so amazing. I believe now that these 3 pedals eliminated my entire pedalboard. Wampler kiks Azz and makes guitar fun
My favorite Wampler pedal and that's saying something!

25 years playing guitar and buying gear. I am a Wampler fanatic just to be up front. I have yet to purchase a Wampler pedal that did blow me away. The Pinnacle and the Tumnis stacked together wow. The Pinnacle is a classic Marshall Plexi in a box type pedal. Plenty of gain for 80's and 90's riffage with a beautiful transient on the note and very active tone controls. You can do low gain with the Pinnacle but why? lol. I turn it on for gained up 80's Plexi goodness. With the gain control maxed it never gets fuzzy. Back it off and raise the mids and presence / treble for VH sounds. The Tumnus stacked on top adds a raunchy mid range tightness to the sound. Different from a standard Tube Screamer. A tad looser and rowdy. I crank the level and set the gain around 11 o clock when stacking with channel 1. It's a lot of fun and sounds amazing. Turn your clean channel into a monster.
I will definitely be looking at more eampler products

I bought this just to try out hoping for the best but just expecting another kids toy. wow was I wrong. This is the best sounding pedal I've ever heard. I been playing guitar since the 80s and this thing has got it. Can't believe all this tone and sound coming from one little box box and quiet as a church mouse. Incredible job Wampler.
Trucker Hat don't lie. This pedal rules.
