I like the round nylon tip and the balance to weight is good for me

I bought these as a solution to the frustration of wood tips constantly chipping out. I like the sound of a round ball tip, but they were always losing their shape from wear and chipping.I am not fond of the plastic tip sound, but these I figured will hold their shape and sound being nylon.I also was looking for a stick that had a heftier handle, as 5A handles were starting to feel too thin. After I bought them, they felt just O.K.on the pad. I finally used them in my band,and was so surprised. They felt great in my hand, they made the drums sound bigger, and the cymbal definition was beautiful. They also left NO DENTS in the drum heads, as most claim. These sticks made the gig so much easier and enjoyable!!! These are my new favorite stick!!! Try them!!!
