Good enough for Jojo, good enough for us.

These sticks are like no other. While they may be a little short and heavy, it makes up in feel and control. These sticks have an excellent response and shock absorbency. Due to their weight and barrel tip, these sticks are loud with a dry crack, perfect for Jungle/Drum n' Bass drumming. These sticks are a must if purchasing Jojo Mayer's Secret Weapons for the Modern Drummer DVD.

    Been playing for 36years, teaching for 26 and this is the best stick I have ever used. It's a perfect balance, weight ,and feels great. My only gripe is that it is not available with a nylon tip. I never break sticks but need to replace them due to the wood tip chipping.

    After 18 years of picking different sticks I found my type, these are perfect, the weight for fast doubles the look and tip shape are all incredible.

    I have been playing the Steve Gadd-stick for a long time and recently decided to try this out. I am not looking back. The Jojo-stick is so well balanced and I feel quicker and more in control with this stick. The tip on the Gadd-stick is awesome for ride cymbal articulation, the Jojo-tip is on par, but it seems to last longer.

    As of this writing, i haven't been able to use them to actually play my drums with. however, if the practice pad says anything, they will do nicely.
