    I've been using this kit for my students for many years. All of my students used to use Haskell Harr beginner book. But I switched to the Vic Firth kit because it makes everything easier for students

    I have been playing pro for over 50 years,but I stopped reading for 40 years.This is a great product to relearn.This was the way it used to be taught not on a full set.It made you learn all the basics on a pad and then work your way up to a set.It saves you a lot of money because of the drop out when they don't practice.
