    Love these sticks, please never discontinue! Longer length + long taper makes these effortless to play for a range of music.

    This is in my opinion the best feeling stick in the whole Firth Catalog.For those who like the original Weckl Signature sticks (red ones) and also the extreme 5As- this is the stick for you. It has almost the length of the extreme 5A, but the balance of the Weckl stick. If you put this stick right next to an extreme 5A, you would swear its the same stick-only a little smaller.The handle is the same as Weckls, and it has a small barrel tip giving you great articulation. I realy like the extreme 5As, but I am not thrilled with the balance. This stick has the best of both. No stain or laquer that makes the stick slippery- just perfect. Not sure yet as to how durable they will be, as I just puchased them.
