Vic Firth American Classic NE1 by Mike Johnston Drum Sticks Wood

The Mike Johnston NE1 drumsticks are my favorite and go-to stick. Very comfortable, well balanced, and the sticks eliminates hand stress when playing for long periods of time. Great length that provides less effort when moving around the kit. Most importantly, very durable with the perfect weight. Finally found the perfect sticks. Thanks Mike and Vic Firth.

The NE-1 drumsticks are by far one of my top 3 picks for Vic Firth Sticks and is one of my 2 go to sticks I look for. They're the perfect diameter for my hand and sit comfortably without wearing out my hands. Would absolutely recommend these if you're trying to find your sticks.

I need these in extreme length and they would be perfect. Love the sticks. Bag full of NEs lol

Back at it and had to try the new MJ sticks. Feel great in hand and comfortable. Would buy again.

They really do feel like an in between of 5a and 5b. It's got the weight of a 5b, but with the swing of a 5a thanks to the longer taper. I personally love them, very classic texture and the hits are satisfying with these sticks, rebound is nice, but not out of control. I'd say very very solid pair of sticks for just about any music type, especially if your like me and you don't like switching sticks for a song because your song choices are so sporadic lol. Great sticks!!
