    I bought the Venue Mega Beam Laser pack and it has been a nightmare! The first time I used it one unit dimmed so much it could hardly be seen. I brought it back and had it replaced. Again, I was doing a party for 300 people and I was excited to "show off" my Laser show...a unit failed. Brought it back to Guitar Center and the replaced everything claiming that they were made with faulty components. Luckily I got use of it for 2 parties before it failed once again. So now I have an expensive box of useless Venue product that just sits there because it is out of warranty!! I DO NOT recommend this product at all!! I can say the guys at the Danvers Guitar Center tried to help as much as they could! I guess their hands were tied....

    This laser is amazing!!! I have had these laser for about two months now and they still work great!!! The only problem I had at first is that the blackout button on the controller didnt work!! I took it to my local guitar center and they quickly switched it out!!! I have not had any problems with these lasers since!!! There is not another laser that can out beat these two venue lasers!!! The only other lasers that comes close to these are the OmniSistem lasers but still you can get two of them for their price!!! Fat beams, and a lot of them!!!! The ideal laser system!!! Venue is a side company of American DJ so you are getting American DJ quality without paying for the American DJ name!!! If you cann't contact Venue directly go to the guitar center and they will help you out!!! or even you might beable to contact American DJ and ask them for some help!!!! Great for DJs, small to medium sized clubs, and everyone else who loves an amazing laser light show!!! recomend to anyone!!!!

    One of the laser lights stopped working within 4 months. Used it only for 2-3 events. No website for venue lighting - says under construction since I bought this product... no phone support... Pay more and buy from a company that has tech support for the products they sell..
