Love Vator sticks have tried most others, wanted to try out a blunt for bell work and they were awesume for the sound but.. bought 2 pair figured they would last a long time beign as stout as they are and was totally saprised when 1 cracked 2" into end, i'm not a professional i play for exercise and since going to Vator 5A nylon tip type sticks they last me for months on end per pair but an issue with the Morgan Rose set..

I play metal and I want everything to be as heavy as possible. These sticks are the best of the best they make my toms sound like heaven and my snare sound like a million bucks! If you use a pair of these sticks and hit your ride it's like riding in a BMW. It makes it sound awesome. These are the ONLY sticks I will use. If your smart you will use these sticks.

These sticks are simply amazing. their very balanced and easy to do drum fills with around the kit. their also really durable and last a pretty long time, and i break my sticks constantly even the Ahead sticks but for wood sticks these are pretty amazing to use

Very different feel from your standard tapered stick. Picked up a few pairs not too long ago, and fell in love with them. Heavier than your standard stick, due to the double butt end. However, the weight shows, as these sticks produce a heavier, fuller sound. But like the other guys said, make sure you have a good durable head because these sticks will tear up heads a lot faster than normal.
Drumsticks, what more can I say?

These sticks are some of the few sticks that have a very different feel from most. They respond more like a timbale stick than a typical drumstick because there is no tip or taper. Unlike playing with the butt end of your standard drumsticks, these are easier to grip due to the fact that there is no taper. They are heavy at the tip and can be great for heavier music or anytime you need to play louder. Of course just like any other vater product they are quality sticks. They are really personal preference, you may like them or not. The only real downside is that they can dent a drumhead much easier than a standard tip drumstick.

I have been playing with these sticks for probably about a year now and I LOVE EM!! I would go through a pair of sticks almost every practice until I got these. Now I break a stick like every few months. Very loud and very solid, just be sure you have durable heads or they will go right through.
