Used Pearl 6 Piece Export Drum Kit in Charcoal Metallic finish, features a 22" bass drum, 10”, 12", 13” rack toms, a 16" floor Tom and a 14" snare. This kit was produced in 2003 which was a great year for the Exports. This set offers reliable performance with Pearl's reputation for durability. It was put in “fair condition” for a few reasons: There is a good amount of pitting on the lugs but it will come off easily with a bit of TLC and some steel wool. There is some slight bubbling on the bass drum’s wrap but will not continue to worsen especially if kept in the proper environment. There may also be some scratches and dings here and there but nothing major that will compromise the look or functionality of the drum kit. The biggest reason it is put in fair condition is because although still functioning, many of the tension rods are a bit rusty. If you choose to replace the tension rods it will run $80-$100 depending on which ones. So price has been offset to accommodate the potentiality of the tension rod replacements. Either way outside of the tension rods then it’s actually in great condition and has all brand new batter heads except for the bass drum. Overall its a great value for drummers seeking a solid, affordable kit for practice or gigging. Perfect for intermediate players or beginners upgrading their setup. This kit is extremely underrated sonically. Priced like entry level but plays and sounds like a pro kit.
