Ultimate Support Product Outlines - AX-48 Pro Column Keyboard Stands

Description
The Ultimate Support APEX AX-48 Pro keyboard stand is the pinnacle of form and function. This innovative stand provides keyboard players a stylish yet stable platform to elevate their musical performance. The AX-48 Pro builds upon Ultimate Support's long-standing reputation for manufacturing premium, road-ready gear that delivers where it counts—on stage and in the studio.
A stand so smart, it practically sets itself up
Within seconds, the AX-48 Pro transitions from a single, compact unit into a fully functioning keyboard stand. Its hollow column stores the stand's legs and tri-bar arms during transport, optimizing portability. Once at your destination, simply extend the legs from the base of the column and pop the arms from their compartments at the top. Your stand is ready to support up to 125 lb. on each of its two tiers.
Accessorize your stand for enhanced functionality
The AX-48 Pro's accessory slot allows you to customize your stand to suit your needs. Pop off the accessory cap on the stand's uppermost point and attach optional add-ons like a mic boom. With more options on the horizon, your AX-48 Pro can serve as a comprehensive performance hub.
A modern stand for today's keyboards
While the AX-48 Pro retains the footprint of its predecessor, its column received a stylish redesign. This stand's updated look shifts keyboard players into the spotlight alongside the rest of the band. The AX-48 Pro also ships with two sets of tri-bar arms to accommodate keyboards of varying widths—one set 13" wide and another 18" wide. This stand adapts to securely support the synthesizers, workstations and keyboards of today and tomorrow.
APEX-quality features musicians have come to trust
For over 20 years, Ultimate Support's APEX line has provided keyboard players with stands as stable and reliable as the keyboards they hold. The AX-48 Pro continues this tradition. From its patented tri-bar arms to height-adjustable tiers, super-stable legs and hassle-free setup, the AX-48 Pro delivers the premium features musicians expect from the APEX brand.

Not as sturdy as you think

Wanted one of these for years, now that i have one, meh. It probably works best for light keyboards. I have a nord grand sitting on the bottom and after a few minutes of heavy playing it starts to ratchet down; the left side starts to sag, then the right, eventually sitting on my legs
Great stand.

I have a home studio, and also do some external performances - it works perfectly with both my boards, in both my situations - since it is adjustable, I can lower the arms to accommodate sitting in the studio, or standing in performance.
I would buy it again

The legs are right where the foot pedal goes, so you have to move it forward and basically stand on the pedal and use it by lifting off it like you are holding a beat with your leg vs using a foot pedal. Lame positioning. Also, if you want to use this sometimes to practice sitting down vs killing yourself standing for hours on end, you will be putting your foot pedal behind the stand's leg, and you get to rocker over the leg to get to the foot pedal, which flows against everything you have been doing for years (put a bar under the middle of your foot every time you use a foot pedal? No thanks). Standing item only, at best.
