1 spot cable adapter

I bought the one spot as a power adapter for 1 boss pedal, I didn't realize it could run 5 boss pedals with the adapter. I Purchased the adapter and it now runs 5 of my boss pedals with no problems. Good investment!

Great if it works with your pedals

Although you may need an adapter or two depending on your pedals, this makes the already greay One-Spot even better. The price for this accessory can't be beat and the space it saves is nice especially for a live musician.

I wasn't aware I wasn't getting power . The packaging was misleading. I only got the cable not the plug

I use the Truetone 1 Spot CS 7 power supply to power my pedalboard. It has 7 power connections and will handle a total of 1900mA. In most cases, that is way more than 7 pedals combined. I can connect the multi-plug cable to one 200 mA port and run 4 or 5 pedals. No issues.

  • Exactly what you want.

Connecting multiple guitar effects pedals to one plug is ideal in many situations, as long as you aren't requiring isolated power supplies for individual pedals. This is the simplest and most cost-efficient way to enable power to all your pedals at once. There are power bricks you can get, but unless they offer isolated inputs, they are a waste of money, and since I don't have much interest in getting rid of ground loop noise, which I haven't found to be a problem for my uses, this is, again, the optimal and most cost effective tool for powering all my pedals at once. Would buy again, over and over.

How do you connect the chain to the power supply? Do you pull the wire out of the 1 Spot and stick the chain into it?

I currently have a TruTone One Spot that sends power to my pedalboard and is directly plugged into an Iron Horse Tuner that has multiple power outlets that I use to branch off to 2 other pedals in line w/the tuner and they all power up and work fine, all for my acoustic guitar. For some reason, when I branch off that and try to go to any other pedal for my electric guitar, those pedals malfunction. If I use the Multi Plug instead off the One Spot and power up all my boxes instead of using the Iron Horse Tuner outlets, am I going to run into the same problem?

Yes. This is an add-on for the basic 1 spot setup.
