This is the TonePros wraparound bridge assembly matched with a set of locking studs. Set includes TonePros "Heighten & Tighten" adjustment tool for patented locking studs. The AVT-II is currently the only locking, piezo loadable, standard saddle, fully intonatable wraparound bridge in the world. Fits PRS guitars fitted with stud mount bridges with standard center stud spacing.

TonePros locking studs are designed to lock down any wraparound bridge or stop tailpiece. These locking studs provide 100% of the contact area of the bottom flange, 100% of the contact area of the stud top, no lean, and components that are completely locked solid to the guitar body.

I did some research and found out that this would be a good replacement for PRS wrap around bridge (PRS SE 245). Good construction great design but doesn't fit the guitar. The thread on the post doesn't match, even if tried to take out the old post receptacle the hole on the guitar is too big for this. I've had to work around using the new bridge with old posts and some washers to eliminate shifting and tilting.

If you spend the money on a hard tail PRS do yourself a favor and spend the little extra to get this. Keeps your guitar intonated and resonating better than the stock bridge.

  • Not a good "SWAP IT OUT" choice for PRS SE

Bought one for my PRS SE, main guitar for gigs. The stock bridge on the SE does not allow for intonation. After reading many forums about a good replacment, found TonePros to be the fix. Good craftsmanship, however, the stock bushing on the PRS SE double cut 22, is 1/2" and 3/4" tall. The TP AVT II bushing is 7/16" wide, and 7/8" tall. To add salt to this wound, the TP locking nut is 1/4", and the SE nut is metric (Korean of course)at around 3/8". TonePros has not responded, the other on-line music suppliers including this one only sell the "package": ='s "pound sand". Solution...buy 3/4" oak dowel, sand to fit, and drill press 7/16"x1" deep (plenty of room in body) and install "singing bridge". I have a gig in 10 days...Not a good choice for quick "Swap it out" for PRS SE stock stop piece bridge.

I put it on my Gibson Les Paul DC. The bridge works great, exactly what I needed it for, to help with intonation. But one of the locking studs broke during installation, so I ended up using the old studs.
