I have several mandolins and this is by far my best. I put a James tailpiece, and a nice tone guard, Cumberland bridge and bone nut also a three ply Cumberland pickguard and armrest, when you put it all together with mother of pearl tuner heads it about doubles the price. But you dont have to pay 20,000 for a Gibson that sounds as good especially not the f9.

I ordered this one to upgrade from the one I had.they said it was on back order but it came early. I was excited as I too it out of the case. On the neck was a Crack and a chipped place. Not only that, there was dust gathered in the body.
Awesome mandolin.

I am new to the mandolin. I am learning my way around it. The action of the mandolin is really good. I wish it has a bone saddle. I enjoy this mandolin and look forward to playing it for many years.

I recently purchased my Loar 600-f after returning another brand after a couple of weeks. I am very pleased with the tones and projection this mandolin provides! I would recommend this entry level instrument as you will spend thousands on a pro model. Easy to play and well worth the investment! Thank you guitar center tempe az. for your knowledge and knowing what the needs of your customers in stringed instruments require!
