Taylor

Description

Taylor's 812ce 12-Fret V-Class Grand Concert Acoustic-Electric guitar provides an unparalleled playing experience. Taylor's innovative V-Class bracing opens up the tone and resonance of the solid Sitka spruce top. Paired with Indian rosewood back and sides, the tone is rich, balanced and dynamic. The Grand Concert body shape offers comfort and playability enhanced by the cutaway and tapered waist. Plug in using the ES2 electronics for a natural amplified tone.

V-Class Bracing Unlocks the Guitar's Potential

Taylor's groundbreaking V-Class bracing frees the top to vibrate fully, producing notes that ring out with enhanced volume, sustain and intonation. Chords are cohesive and the guitar is highly responsive across the tonal spectrum. V-Class bracing resolves the compromise between volume and sustain that limits traditional bracing.

Premium Tonewoods for a Lifetime of Music

Solid Sitka spruce and Indian rosewood are coveted tonewoods prized for their musicality. The spruce top provides strength and clarity while the rosewood back and sides deliver richness and depth. Together they produce a balanced, nuanced tone suited to any playing style. These high-quality tonewoods will open up and mature over years of playing.

Playability and Comfort Redefined

The Grand Concert body shape is contoured for comfort with a cutaway for easy high-fret access. A tapered waist makes this lightweight guitar easy to hold and play. The shorter scale length and smaller body suit any player.

Plug in for a Natural Tone

The ES2 pickup system accurately conveys the 812ce 12-Fret's tone when amplified. Individual transducers sense string and body vibrations for a dynamic amplified tone. Onboard bass, treble and volume controls provide tonal shaping. Feedback suppression gives more gain before feedback. Experience your Taylor's voice amplified or direct into a recording interface.
