Taylor Guitars | World-Class Taylor Craftsmanship In Every Guitar

Taylor Guitars is thrilled to introduce the 200 Series 210e Deluxe Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar. This innovative instrument offers players a robust and articulate voice, impeccable intonation and Taylor's top-of-the-line pickup system for superior amplification—all at an affordable price. The 210e Deluxe strikes a balance between simplicity and style, bringing Taylor's signature sound and playability to the stage.
Stage Pickup System Delivers Dynamic, Versatile Tone
At the heart of the 210e Deluxe is Taylor's revolutionary ES2 pickup system, which features three uniquely positioned and individually calibrated pickup sensors to capture the guitar's dynamic range. Paired with Taylor's custom-designed preamp, the ES2 system produces exceptional amplified tone and responsiveness. Whether on stage, plugged into your favorite amp or recording, the ES2 faithfully represents the 210e Deluxe's voice.
Fully Chambered Mahogany Body Enhances Resonance
The 210e Deluxe has a solid Sitka spruce top and layered rosewood back and sides, creating a sturdy yet lightweight platform for rich tone. Its fully chambered mahogany body enhances resonance and sustain. Three stylish soundholes let the guitar breathe, further improving its acoustic properties. The 210e Deluxe's lightweight, contoured body provides hours of playing comfort.
Fusion Neck Offers Familiar Feel
Taylor's patented Fusion neck has a nut width of 1-11/16" and a fingerboard radius of 16", providing a familiar feel for steel-string players. The Fusion neck's slim, comfortable profile also suits players with smaller hands. Twenty high-profile frets extend up the fingerboard, offering soloing potential beyond the 12th fret.
Sustainable Gig Bag for Portable Protection
The 210e Deluxe includes a recycled nylon gig bag to safely transport your guitar to and from gigs or practice. Its padded handles and straps make it comfortable to carry, while a durable shell and padded lining protect the guitar from impacts and scratches. Spacious zippered pockets provide storage for cables, straps, sheet music and other accessories.

Sweet Guitar :) I need another star :)
This is a spectacular guitar! My first Taylor and I couldn't be happier with it. The 210e DLX booms out sound beautifully. And sounds better than any guitar I've owned. Even my Gibson J-45. I feel this guitar could, and can be used at any venue a guitar player wants. If this quality is this high on the 200 series, I can only imagine what it's like on higher series Taylor's. Great Product! Hands down!! Got the VS, color beautiful!

Daily use for practice, jamming, giving lessons and often played at church. It has great intoation and nice bright sound, but either Taylor's quality has gone significantly downhill or I got a dud. My 210e is only 2 years old and kept humidified in its case. It recently had a split develop near the pick guard, which is not all that uncommon in dry climate of Colorado. However, then one day playing shortly after, the neck bolt just fell out into the body. Clearly the neck was never tightened down properly and caused stress on the body and the split.

I play guitar in our church house band. I am a Martin guy (I own several), but this tobacco burst caught my eye. And it plays and sounds as good as it looks. The Taylor 210e has become my favorite guitar.
Best guitar, best price

I've have owned and played dreadnought guitars all my life. I own a Taylor 314e and 814ce. This 210e SB has more punch and loudness of out of all I have played and owned. For this price, it stands right with my 814ce in sound at $2000 less money. Thumbs up Taylor for making a fine guitar.
Best guitar I have ever owned.

I have been playing acoustic guitar for more than 50 years. I have owned several different guitars over that time and played so many others I can't count, including Martins, Gibsons, Fenders, Takamines and many others. Before I bought this one my guitar was a 1969 Guild D35 that had been rebuilt and I have loved and played it for close to 30 years. When I saw this guitar in GC I instantly fell in love with the look, and after playing it I walked out of the store with it. It is simply the best guitar for the money I have ever played. I have retired my 51 year old Guild (it's tired) and this Taylor will be the last guitar I ever buy. It sounds great amplified regardless of the size of the room, and also sounds great in my living room and home studio. I would recommend it to anyone that loves a good guitar without spending a fortune.
Great right out of the case

I feel in love with is guitar as soon as I picked it up. One of the better guitars I've played with zero set up. Definitely recommend.

The specs say the nut width is 1 11/16, but when I bought mine 2 years ago it said 1 3/4. I have measured mine and it measures 1 and 3/4. Has the design of the guitar changed back to the 1 and 11/16 nut width?
I don't believe the design has changed. This must just be a misprint in the product description.submitted8 years ago
