Description
The TC Electronic BC208 vertical bass cabinet delivers deep, fundamental bass tones in a lightweight and compact design. With 200W of power handling, the BC208's dual 8" custom drivers provide thunderous low end, perfect for the stage and studio. Its vertical orientation saves space, while premium 1/4" connectors and sturdy plywood construction make this cab built to last.
Deep, Fundamental Bass Tone With Dual 8" Custom Drivers
The BC208 is equipped with a pair of 8" neodymium custom woofers, engineered by TC Electronic to provide tight, articulate bass tones. Each woofer is rated for 200W of power handling, giving this compact cab the muscle you need for gigs and recording sessions. The dual 8" driver configuration generates a strong fundamental tone, filling out the low end of your sound.
Closed-back Construction for Focused Low End
The closed-back cabinet design provides tight, focused bass tones by reducing unwanted resonance. You'll hear clear, punchy lows and driving mid-bass. With its tuned port, the BC208 enhances the bass response and efficiency. The result is impressive low-end power and clarity that enhances any musical situation. Whether you want deep dubstep wobbles or Motown-style groove, the BC208 delivers.
Lightweight, Compact Vertical Design
Measuring 21" tall, the vertical orientation of the BC208 saves precious floor space. It also makes stacking multiple cabs a breeze. Despite its compact size, the BC208 still weighs in at a portable 26lb., making it easy to transport. With its versatile form factor, you can take this cab from cramped clubs to expansive stages.

This little TC cab sounds terrific. The little TC 200-watt amp nestles neatly in the provided rout in the top. The outfit produces plenty of volume for small rooms, as long as the drummer avoids his Keith Moon impersonation. It's compact enough to leave in the back seat of the car all week.
Great little cab.

I've been playing bass for over 30 years and lighter equipment is always a plus as I get older. I don't like to compromise quality and sound and this one sure does not. Gone are the days of lugging 100 pound 15" and 4x10 cabs. Granted these are only 2x8 so don't expect it to complete with the volume of a 4x10. The sound is clean, punchy and has good low end. After testing one cab I bought a second to stack vertical and get more volume for gigs. You will be very hard pressed to find another light weight portable cab with this sound quality at this price. Easy to carry the cab in one hand. I wish it had speakon connectors instead if 1/4' but for the price I sure won't complain because I can change those out after warranty expires.
