This mounting clamp is definitely an upgrade from the Roland clamp I was using for my Roland SPD-SX Pro. There's a little arm that sits in the mounting clamp that allows me to swivel it from left to right to the perfect spot. Wish the adjustable tilter was toothless, though.

Had an idea to make a hand-held shower shower hose hands-free. Looked up "universal clamp" and found this one at Guitar Center, of all places. Removed the bathtub spigot and cut it shorter, in order to expose the narrower pipe which extends from the wall through the spigot. Now I have something akin to a massage jet, I can sit on a low stool and direct water onto my aching back without having to hold the shower head. The thing I really like is how beautiful a contraption this clamp is. It works, and I think it is just beautiful. Couldn't be happier with it!
