Ingenious and affordable hardware accessory

Just got this cool little accessory for my Speed Cobra double pedals, the TPA90 twin pedal attachment. Helps prevent creeping by using the weight and mass of the hi hat stand as an anchor, pretty slick speaking as a hardware geek. Tried it out this weekend for a rehearsal and gave it a double kick workout, and the left side of the pedal stayed put along with the hi hat stand. Outstanding, still can't believe how inexpensive this little device was.

I recently purchased a Speed Cobra double pedal and Speed Cobra hi-hat stand and this works like a charm. With my eliminator pedals I had to clamp the slave pedal to my rack to keep it from creeping away, but with the way this is designed, it is rock solid.I have been drumming for 20+ yrs and am amazed at how many things they still haven't got right, that we have to tweak, adjust or build something just so it works the way it is supposed to. I love the pedals and the clamp is just perfect.
Not glamourous, but it works.

Everything was fine on regular carpet, but after purchasing a new designer rug for our studio, the auxiliary bass drum pedal would creep. The TPA90 solved the issue as advertised. 5 stars due to something working to solve a problem for pretty cheap.
