    Nice thump. Not very well balanced. Rebound is an issue. I assume the rebound issue has to do with the head being very small.

    Bought a used Axis pedal that had a horribly heavy wood beater instead of the stock beater. Tried a few others out but went with the recommendation from the GC drum sales and this fits right in for me! Perfect weight for the Axis action (IMHO) Thanks GC!
