I bought this online from Guitar Center. It is an amazing harmonica. Plays like a normal diatonic but will take some practice to play it well. Have been playing harmonicas since I was 11. Will be 69 next month. There are probably knock-offs of this instrument that do not play well. I asked if this was an official Suzuki made in Japan, which it was. No numbers but a couple of dots for reference. You will get used to it. Lightweight and has a ver deep bass sound.

I have played harmonica as a hobby since I was in fourth grade. Last year I purchased the Suzuki SCX 64 chromatic which is the best harmonica I have ever played. This year I decided to add the Suzuki Baritone for it's lower octave tremolo sound to make some recordings of some religious and folk songs. The Suzuki Baritone does not disappoint. The construction is topnotch, and it delivers a warm and somewhat dark tone with very little effort. The tremolo effect is just right - noticable without being overdone. I've really been impressed with Suzuki's use of phospher bronze reeds and the air tightness of their harmonicas.
