    This stand is about average for a folding portable stand. Had hoped it would be a bit sturdier. Does have a nice wide plate for reading 2 pages across. Not strong enough to hold my 1 1/2" binder which is on the heavy side. Will have to get orchestra style stand for that. I do like the nice dark blue (Navy) color. It won't get mixed up with all the black ones. Works fine with my clip board, gets nice and high for those who play standing up or on tall chairs. Haven't had it long enough to know if it holds up with lots of folding and unfolding. Have been using it at home for a tall stand.

    Got this as a gift and it looked pretty neat at first. The problem is the angle adjuster is plastic and after about 10 gigs it broke. It really doesn't work with anything like a book or anything with weight. I thought maybe I could get the top part exchanged but correspondence with the company halted when I couldn't produce a receipt. This is probably fine for home with a couple of sheets on it but nothing more. I'm also weary of the height adjustment mechanism. Looks a bit flimsy.
