Support is fast and always helpful. When I open a ticket, less than few hours they responded and always nail to solve the issues. All the issues I've got was because I'm beta tester for Apple software and because of that, sometimes we find some incompatibilities but they always find a way to solve it. The latest one was with Mac OS Big Sur, which SSD 5.5 was incompatible using it with GarageBand. Was invited by SSD to test the beta for Big Sur with Logic Pro and is working pretty fine.

Samples do not work on the plug-in, customer support is flaky and does not honor any appointment you make with them. Would not recommend, completely unusable.
