    I was happily surprised. This is an excellent pedal for the money. Much better than anything in its price range including those from the trusted brands (Tama/Yamaha/PDP...etc...). I'd put this up against a DW5000 for sure. I have a DW9000 and that is still my "go to" but you won't go wrong with this. Solid construction, smooth and fully adjustable like the higher end pedals.
